2.The electroplated CBN wheel 1000# is currently out of stock. Please purchase the resin diamond wheel 600# with the corresponding sharpness and smoothness. The link is as follows:
Grit: 400、1000
- Wheel size = 250 mm x 50.8 mm
- Arbor: 12 mm
- Down the sides: 30mm
- Fits T7/T8 bench grinders
Remarks:
1.The rotation direction of the CBN wheel:
80&160#------Rotate towards you to improve grinding efficiency;
400&1000#-----Rotate away from you.
2.Please keep swinging left and right without stopping to avoid overheating and causing the working layer to fall off,especially the 1000 grit.
3. Please use in order of grit size, such as 80#--160#--400#--1000#, coarse grinding first and then fine grinding.
4. It's recommended to use it in water and wipe it dry after use.
