Grit: 400、1000

  • Wheel size = 250 mm x 50.8 mm
  • Arbor: 12 mm
  • Down the sides: 30mm
  • Fits Tormek-style grinders
Now you can do non-hollowing grinding of your tools with this CBN wheel. You will no longer have to dress the stone wheels. These wheels will stay the same shape and diameter without the need to mess with jigs again.



Remarks:

1.The rotation direction of the CBN wheel: 
80&160#------Rotate towards you to improve grinding efficiency; 
400&1000#-----Rotate away from you. 

2.Please keep swinging left and right without stopping to avoid overheating and causing the working layer to fall off,especially the 1000 grit.

3. Please use in order of grit size, such as 80#--160#--400#--1000#, coarse grinding first and then fine grinding.

4. It is not allowed to use 1000# wheel to grind blunt knives directly,otherwise the grinding wheel will be easily damaged.

5. It's recommended to use it in water and wipe it dry after use.

6.If you have no experience, please purchase with caution or contact us before purchasing.

Outstanding quality!

I purchased the 400 grit 250 mm CBN wheel to use on my Tormek grinder. This wheel fit perfectly and is exactly what I was hoping for. I previously tried a cheaper brand with a plastic core and was not happy with the other brand. However I was reluctant to go with the Tormek brand diamond wheels since I would prefer to dry grind and not have to use water and their water additive. So I decided to try the Forever Grinding Technology wheel instead and I was very impressed with the quality. It is solidly built, nice and heavy, the grit is evenly applied and solidly attached. Overall, this is a great product, a 10 out of 10.
