In the traditional procurement process of diamond and CBN grinding wheels, the manufacturers usually require customers to provide many details such as the grinding material, grit size, grinding machine’s power and speed, and processing parameters. This needs long time communication and hard effort for both sides. Small-scale manufacturers often require a single grinding wheel to grind a variety of materials. This will require higher quality and multifunctional wheel and during the communication it can lead to a lot of confusion for purchasers.

Based on this, we have streamlined and standardized our grinding wheels ordering requirements. Our single diamond grinding wheel can meet all grinding requirements for materials such as carbide, ceramic, glass, aluminum, and copper etc. This also applies to our CBN grinding wheels.
