We will no longer use diamond & CBN abrasives to make Superabrasives grinding wheels

Time flies, and the Chinese Lunar New Year is approaching, ushering in our Spring Festival holiday.

Thank you to our customers for your continued trust and support during the past years. In 2026 we are committed to improving our product quality and service, providing customers with new and higher-quality products and services.

In 2026, we will comprehensively provide the market with our self-developed products using our new developed abrasive material. We will no longer use diamond and CBN to manufacture superabrasives grinding wheels. We will upgrade all raw materials to our own abrasives to manufacture all series of grinding wheels.

The reasons are as follows:

1. Regardless of whether it's diamond or CBN, and regardless of using what kind of method to treat the surface, it's difficult to significantly improve their holding strength. Our new abrasive material has superior holding strength and will not have any shedding issues, thus extending its lifespan.

2. Our new material's principle is similar to that of polycrystalline, but its structure is more irregular, resulting in higher sharpness and stronger anti-clogging performance.

3. Wider range of applications: by using our new abrasive material, one superabrasives grinding wheels can be used for grinding all materials, whether ceramics, glass, or extremely difficult-to-grind metals (such as titanium alloys).
